If you think your Stinger is malfunctioning, please contact us. Take into account the following when sending your product for repair:
- Before sending us any components for repair, please be so kind to call or email us for a proper diagnosis. After troubleshooting, if it is indeed determined that there needs to be a repair performed, we will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form to be completed and sent in with the suspect part(s) for repair.
- Be sure to use a Trackage Service with proper insurance such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. Send to the address located on the RMA.
- Be sure to completely fill out the RMA including your daytime and after hours phone number(s) that we may contact you if need be.
