If you think your Stinger is malfunctioning, please contact us. Take into account the following when sending your product for repair:

  1. Before sending us any components for repair, please be so kind to call or email us for a proper diagnosis. After troubleshooting, if it is indeed determined that there needs to be a repair performed, we will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form to be completed and sent in with the suspect part(s) for repair.

  2. Be sure to use a Trackage Service with proper insurance such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. Send to the address located on the RMA.

  3. Be sure to completely fill out the RMA including your daytime and after hours phone number(s) that we may contact you if need be.
