If you think your Stinger is malfunctioning, please contact your dealer, or your country's Stinger reseller. If your dealer or reseller cannot help over the phone, you may need to send your product to your reseller. Please take into account the following when sending your product for repair:
- Packed thoroughly, please send your insured package to your country's distributor
- Please make sure you provide the following information:
- Your name, address, and telephone numbers;
- A clear description of what seems to be the problem;
- A copy of your proof-of-purchase.
If the repair cannot be done under warranty AND your reseller thinks that the repair costs will surpass € 100.-, your reseller will contact you and only upon your consent shall we do the repair.
